let me answer.. lets say the year is 2008 when he said tht " The day before yesterday i was 19. Next year i'll be 22." So, on 30th dec 2007 he is 19.. on 31st dec 2007 he'll be 20..(coz itz his b'day then) on 1st jan 2008 he said the statement on 31st dec 2008 he'll be 21 and de NEXT year i.e. 31st dec 2009..he'll be 22.. so...phewww!!..the answer is 1st jan..
